Cuteness Comments, Duly Noted

Charlie and Nadine are both very cute beasties; on 3/16/2004 I stated that comments about which is cuter would be duly noted. Well, today, April 15, 2004, I received my first comment, from Portia:

Hi Davi,

I found an old e-mail from you and looked at the picture of that other puppy. Nadine is definitely cuter.

4/16/2004: No, the controversy may only be beginning! Today I received this missive:

Dear Davi,

I really feel sorry for Portia and her failing eyesight. Clearly, she must be suffering greatly, as to be so confused about puppy cuteness. Look at Charlie's big puppy eyes. Check out his beautiful spots. Adore his mischievous pose. Poor, poor Portia.

Not that Nadine isn't cute, but seriously.....
